Part-time Business Resource Support Staff: Provide clerical support to Business Resource Coach and Business Resource Network Manager, On-site support while Resource Coach and Business Resource Network Manager are out of office, Assist the Business Resource Coach in filling out Support Service Payment Requests, Submit BRN Supportive Service Payment Request, Facilitate BRN Supportive Service Payment Disbursement, Meet with clients to hand deliver checks, Deliver checks to local vendors, Complete check delivery forms, Process BRN Supportive Service Payment Requests (after CFO approval), Make applicable copies as needed, Schedule participant and BRN Coach appointments, Utilize scheduling software to schedule appointments for the BRN coach as needed, Other support duties as needed.
